The tasks to be performed are as follows: Literature review and statistical analysis with tools based on decision trees of ammonia emissions in fertilized crops under Mediterranean climate. Estimation of ammonia emissions with the MANNER model. Calibration of the model, with data from scientific literature, under Mediterranean climate conditions. Estimation of greenhouse gas emissions with process models. Estimation of nutrient flows in the Tagus and Garonne hydrographic basins using the Riverstrahler model. Spatialization of emissions in the territory of the Spanish Southeast (SUDOE).

Alberto Sanz Cobeña (Profesor Titular UPM, IP del proyecto), Luis Lassaletta Coto (Investigador Ramón y Cajal, IP del proyecto), Katerina Kucerova (Gestión y administración del CEIGRAM, ETSIAAB – secretaría).


Graduated in Agro-environmental Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, Biology or Environmental Sciences. – Master’s degree in the agro-environmental field.

– Programming skills in R. – High capacity in the use of GIS tools.

– High level of spoken and written Spanish and English.

Specific Requirements
