At the Research Institute for Post-Mining Landscapes e. V. in Finsterwalde is now the place of one Agricultural or forestry scientist (m/f/d) in the field of soil science and plant cultivation (40 weekly working hours) to be filled, initially limited to 2 years, with the option of an extension. Remuneration is based on TV-L, salary group 13.
Your tasks:
§ Soil and site studies, plant cultivation monitoring in
Cultivation and field trials
§ Preparation of expert reports and recommendations for land use
§ Writing scientific reports and publications, presenting the Results
Our requirements:
§ Master’s degree in agricultural or forestry sciences or a comparable qualification – a doctorate is welcome
§ Good specialist knowledge in the fields of soil and site science / crop production
§ GIS knowledge, expertise in statistical data analysis
§ Team spirit and flexibility, solid English, driving license class B
