Missions: The candidate will develop genetic and genomic approaches to analyze chromatin and transcriptomic changes during seed germination in the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the methodological and conceptual development of the project.

Work Context:
The candidate will be working in the CODED – Chromatin and 3D Nuclear dynamics team led by Aline Probst and Christophe Tatout as part of an ANR-funded project at iGReD, in Clermont-Ferrand, France.
The institute, housed in a new building equipped with numerous platforms (confocal microscopy, bioinformatics, plant culture, etc.), provides a stimulating working environment. The 15 research teams of the iGReD aim to understand the genetic and epigenetic programs associated with development and reproduction.
