Our lab studies how global environmental change is reshaping Earth’s biogeochemical cycles, with current research focused on: Wildfire impacts on forest ecosystems – Arctic warming and permafrost thaw – Coastal Blue Carbon and sea-level rise.

I’m looking for motivated students who are excited about combining field research, laboratory analyses, greenhouse experiments, and interdisciplinary science to address pressing environmental challenges. Students from geology, environmental science, biology, chemistry, soil science, microbiology, and related fields are encouraged to apply.
