PhD Funded Position in Plant Proteins and Nutrition at TUM, Germany
Are you interested in understanding how food structure shapes digestion and nutrient availability? We are looking for a highly motivated PhD candidate to join our research group at TUM – Professorship Plant Proteins and Nutrition. The successful candidate will investigate structure-function relationships in complex food systems and apply advanced in-vitro digestion models to understand how food processing influences digestion, nutrient bioaccessibility, and ultimately human health.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to inerdisciplinary research within the ZIEL – Institute for Food & Health and to become part of a highly collaborative research environment.
