Research Focus: Next-Generation Food Science
The university is seeking candidates working at the forefront of food processing and plant-based material research, including:
- Molecular interactions among food components
- Functional changes during extraction and processing
- Structural control for texture and water retention
- Non-destructive analytical evaluation techniques

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Conduct advanced research within the Institute of Life and Environmental Sciences
